Once you choose a Tupp sign, our service process will be implemented and managed by a team of outside consultants. A project manager will be assigned to your account who will manage the process from start to finish.
Your project manager will become a client representative and advocate. He or she will work closely with the key teams involved in the project to ensure that the end result is what you envisioned. This is accomplished by following the Tupp Signs Service Process.
Step 1: Site Survey
A comprehensive survey is conducted by an experienced sign professional. Survey includes: digital photos and measurements of building elevations, free standing signs, potential opportunities, and neighboring signs; type of construction including fascia material and color; mounting methods and electrical requirements.
Step 2: Site Analysis/Code Review
The code for the township as well as any landlord requirements will be reviewed and recommendations will be made to the customer before pursuing a final design.
Site analysis/code review is recommended prior to the signing of any leases as these requirements and conditions may have an effect on the feasibility of this site being successful. If it is determined that the desired signage is not allowed by township code we also offer our services in pursuing a variance to the code.
Step 3: Design/Engineering
Our design team will complete a design proposal from the survey conditions, sign code and landlord requirements. Details considered: colors, sizing, quantity of signs, exact locations, mounting methods, and construction of sign.
Step 4: Customer/Landlord Approval
The completed drawing is forwarded to the customer for a final sign off. Next, approved drawings are sent to the Landlord for sign off, and also the general contractor, so the site is prepared as noted.
Step 5: Permit Procurement
Tupp Signs provides the service of managing and securing all permits required at each site (this service can also be performed by the local installer).
Step 6: Manufacturing
We have the capabilities to manufacture all signs in-house. We have a dedicated team of craftsmen to ensure your sign will be of the highest quality and delivered on time.
Step 7: Installation
Our fleet of cranes, bucket trucks, augers and backhoes are at the ready to complete your job on time, on budget, and exactly to specifications! Our in-house installations teams will travel within a 3-hour radius from our New Castle fabrication facility. For jobs outside the radius, we use a network of sign installers. This makes it possible to install signs throughout the country.
